【Highlights】
We use premium grass-fed beef. Excess sinew is trimmed off before the meat is coarsely minced to retain its natural chewiness and rich beefy flavour. Mixed with naturally sweet diced onions and our specially crafted house gravy to lock in delicious beef juices. The naturally fermented sourdough soaks up the savoury meat broth, making the bun fragrant, moist and tender, never dry or tough.
【Storage & Reheating】
Reheat in a steamer over high heat for 8–10 minutes.
Refrigerate for 2 days; freeze for up to 14 days.
