An exciting new release from Po Xiao Man! We use diced fresh Hunan black pork, fragrant Suizhou flower shiitake mushrooms from Hubei and premium glutinous rice. Slowly simmered with our special sauce for rich flavour, then carefully wrapped by hand in translucent thin wrappers. Every shaomai is plump and hearty. The soft sticky rice combines perfectly with savoury fatty black pork and earthy mushroom aroma. Tender yet springy, simply irresistible bite after bite!
